Western Sussex Transmission Facilities - Pump Stations Current Delaware State Prevailing Wages and Davis-Bacon Wage Rates apply on this project and are contained in the Bidding Documents. The project will be completed utilizing Delaware Clean Water State Revolving Fund monies, thus bidders on this work will be required to comply with the Presidents Executive Order No. 11246, which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. Each BID must be accompanied by a BID BOND payable to the OWNER for ten (10) percent of thetotal amount of the BID. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The work detailed in the Western Sussex Transmission Facilities: Project No. 19-28: Pump Stations DBF contract drawings consists of furnishing and installing; sewer pump station at Bridgeville WWTP, core drill and connection to overflow tank, Heritage Shores Sanitary Sewer Structure, 575 lineal feet of 12" PVC gravity sewer main, 75 lineal feet of 18" PVC gravity sewer main, 75 lineal feet of 24" PVC gravity sewer main, 35 lineal feet of 24" Ductile Iron gravity sewer main, 60 vertical feet of sanitary sewer manholes, 90 lineal feet of 6" PVC force main, 37 lineal feet of 8" PVC force main, 75 lineal feet of 12" PVC force main, 25 lineal feet of 16" PVC force main, removal and disposal of 150 lineal feet of curb and gutter, installation of 20 lineal feet of curb and 65 tons of bituminous concrete work. Also included as bid alternates are air burst mixing systems associated with pump station wet well and overflow tank. The work consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies and equipment necessary for the work shown in the Contract Documents. Since the project will be completed utilizing Delaware Clean Water State Revolving Fund monies, bidders on this work will also be required to comply with the terms and conditions of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the State of Delaware.
