The proposed work involves reconstruction of 0.8 miles of Rudder Road in concrete. The project will also include addition of sidewalks, entrance and intersection improvements, curb and gutter, concrete pavement, adjustment of utilities, seeding, striping, and erosion control. All equipment, material and workmanship must be in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents on file with the City of Fenton. The wage rates applicable to this project have been predetermined as required by law. When Federal wage rates are applicable and included, this contract is subject to the Work Hours Act of 1962, (P.L. 87-581: 76 Stat. 357) and implementing regulations.
