The project Pump Station will be located in; Pere Cliff Mobile Home Park in High Ridge, MO; with a Force Main along Antire Road to the District's Existing Pump Station located behind Dottie's Apartments in High Ridge, MO. 63049. Jefferson County, Mo. 636-343-5090 Ext. 226 This project consists of 3021 lineal feet of 2" Restrained Joint PVC Force Main including 970 lineal feet of Directional Bore including (11) connection service tees. (4) Air Vacuum Release Manhole Assemblies. 440 lineal feet of 8" Gravity Sewer Construction, 3 manholes, (11) 8"x4" Wyes and service lateral. (1) 48" Pump Station Assembly with a Valve Vault and Storage Basin Structure. A block barrier Wall with a concrete surface, (92') Wrought Iron Fence including Electrical Panel Support and Roof Structure, 50'of 6" Steel Casing Bore. The Project also includes Asphalt surfacing on Pere Cliff Drive along with additional Asphalt Driveway repair and site restoration. All work for this project is confined within Roadway and Utility easement. The second portion of the Project will consist of the Abandonment and closure of the Existing Pere Cliff Plant. This includes the removal of approximately 120 CY of sand (disposed at an approved landfill or facility) demolition of (3) concrete tanks (2) - 7.33' x 10.5' x 7' deep tanks and (1) 15'x13'x8' deep. (1) sand filter concrete structure (35' x 40). (1) 5' Sq. concrete structure. Removal of 6' privacy fence. Adding approximately 170 CY of dirt to the site with surface restoration and grass. All work shall be constructed in a workmanlike manor for a complete and operational system. All work for these projects are confined within Existing or Procured easements, within the Pere Cliff Mobile Home Park, Dotties Apartments, and along Antire County Road.
