Site work and renovation of a civil project in Fenton, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contract consists of the construction of approximately 56 lineal feet of 8" diameter sanitary sewers, 52 lineal feet of 4" diameter force main, one (1) pump station, and appurtenances to be constructed. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Liquidated damages shall be assessed as provided for in the contract. Liquidated damages shall be assessed per calendar day as provided for in the following schedule: TOTAL BID PRICE CHARGE PER CALENDAR DAY* $0.00- $50,000 $100.00 $50,001 - $100,000 $200.00 $100,001 - $500,000 $300.00 $500,001 - $1,000,000 $400.00 Over $1,000,000 $500.00 *Note that this charge is per calendar day, not working day. These charges may be increased as provided for in the Technical Specifications.
