For removal and land application of domestic wastewater biosolids for the year of 2023. The treatment facility has two (2) concrete lined storage ponds; estimated volume of each pond is 0.9 million gallons with a concentration less than or equal to 6% total solids. The term of the agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year with an option to renew for an additional four (4), one (1) year periods by mutual agreement of the parties. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive any irregularities with regard to the bidding process. If a contract award is made it will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible Bidder based on the sole determination of the District.
