Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fenton, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
St. Louis County is soliciting bids to remove old asphalt pavement, install new asphalt pavement, and stripe the parking lot at Unger Park. The County will apply a 5% bid discount to bid submittals from certified MBE/WBEs during the evaluation of such bid under $300,000.00. The M/WBE participation goals for this project are as follows: 9% for Minority-Owned Business Enterprises (MBE) 3% for Women-Owned Business Enterprises (WBE) The County is seeking a contractor to remove the existing pavement, install new pavement, install new curbing, and install new parking lot striping at Unger Park. The contractor will provide all labor and materials to complete the work. Submit questions regarding this IFB to nschauf@stlouiscountymo.gov in writing by 11:00 am CST on September 15, 2022 to allow time for posting any additional necessary addenda before the submission deadline.
