Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Tigard, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

As of August 9, 2022, construction is underway and will be complete end of November 2022. The Universal Plaza will provide an important public space amenity in downtown Tigard. It will be constructed on Town Center Development Agency-owned land and will provide a venue for large events like the Tigard Farmer's Market, Concerts in the Park, and Movies in the Park. The plaza may also feature a splash pad, interpretive artwork and installations, and a connection to the Fanno Creek Park. Phase One includes: interactive water feature, porch swings, two event lawns and landscaping, 4-stall restroom, shelter for vending and storage, warm boulder field overlooking Fanno Creek, Fanno Creek entry art piece, lighting throughout the plaza
