Final design for the project was completed in Spring 2021. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. ---- The City of Covington, KY is requesting Proposals from Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Prequalified Professional Engineering Design Firms for the 7th Street Streetscape Project, which will run from Washington Street to Greenup Street. The scope of the work will include sidewalk replacement, underground utilities, street trees, mast arm traffic signals, decorative lighting, and roadway resurfacing. The scope also includes design work for the parking area along the block of 7th Street between Madison and Washington, which the City would like to see reconfigured and/ or designed to maximize its future use. The project is approximately a quarter of a mile long and the scope will include underground utilities, street trees, mast arm poles, decorative street lights, and roadway resurfacing.
