City of Covington, Ky Invites Proposals for the Development of Three Vacant Parcels at the Following Locations: 1122 John Street; 1323 Russell Street; and 2207 Madison Avenue. The City seeks qualified Developers to acquire and develop the properties in a manner that has the greatest positive impact to the surrounding neighborhoods.
