The existing ISCI building is Unit #24, a one-story 12,480 sq. ft. Correctional Industries (Cl) shop building. The project will include security cameras and I.T. infrastructure/integration to the ISCI security control. Attached to this RFQ are documents from the original 1995 plans. The Design-Build team must be prepared to implement early bid packages to accomplish a substantial completion date of- July 15, 2020. Negotiate Contract- January 2020 Shortlist Confirmed.
