The Bay County Water Treatment Plant operations building sustained considerable damage as a result of Hurricane Michael. The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified contractors to perform permanent repairs and remodeling of the Water Treatment Plant Operations Building located at 3400 Transmitter Road, Panama City, FL 32404. The reconstruction and remodel of the operations building includes, but is not limited to, interior floor plan layout, communications, electrical, mechanical, elevator, plumbing, lighting, and heating ventilating and controls (HVAC). While most exterior improvements have been completed as part of a separate project, this projects includes some exterior roof and wall construction. Each bid shall be valid to Bay County for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid opening.
