**As of April 1, 2024, the project was awarded to Daikin Applied Latin America LLC in the amount of $66,000.00.** Bidders shall submit all questions, in writing, to the Purchasing Department via email Purchasing@baycountyfl.gov, the Bonfire portal, or FAX to (850) 248-8276. All questions shall be submitted no later than 5:00 pm (CST) on Friday, January 19, 2024. Licensed Contractors to Provide Labor and Materials to Replace and Commission Twelve (12) Daiken Fan Coil Units and One (1) Outside Supply Air Unit at the Bay County Courthouse, Located at 300 E. 4 Th St. Panama City, FL, 32401. Funding for the Project May Be Made Possible Through American Rescue Plan Act (Arpa) and is Contingent on Strict Conformance to the Guidelines Set Forth by Federal Procurement and Contract Standards. Respondents Will Comply With the Federal Regulations Contract Requirements. The Bay County Board of County Commissioners Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and/or All Proposals in the Best Interest of Bay County Special Accommodation: Any Person Requiring a Special Accommodation at a Pre-bid Conference or Bid Opening Because of a Disability Should Call the Purchasing Department at (850) 248-8270 at Least Five (5) Workdays Prior to the Prebid Conference or Bid Opening.
