Project consists of the renovation of a school building, reception hall and pavilion. Scope includes but is not limited to: Site demo & grading, building demo, concrete, masonry, steel, miscellaneous steel, pre-engineered stage bldg., carpentry, pre-fab wood trusses, architectural woodwork, waterproofing, insulation, fluid air barrier, caulking, EIFS, clay tile roofing, flex sheet roofing, rolling counter doors, HM & WD doors/frames/hardware, alum entrances & framing, glass/glazing, metal stud's, drywall, ceilings, flooring, tile, painting, signage, fire extinguishers & cabinets, louver vents, toilet accessories, window roller shades, theater equipment, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, audio/visual, site concrete, asphalt paving and landscaping/irrigation & hardscape. Responses to questions will be shared with all interested contractors - Any submittal received after the above-mentioned date and time will not be considered. Partial funding for this project is from the State of Florida, Division of Historic Resources. '' - The contractor must be fully bondable for the project amount. Selection recommendations to the Board are pending subject to final review and verification of required documents. As of April 8, 2024, all bids were rejected and this project is now on hold.
