Site work and new construction of a civil project in Kirtland, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project includes: Construction of a new wastewater booster station and the addition of combination air valves, check valves and plug valves along the existing force main adjacent to Road 6100. A. The work required described in these documents includes: 1. Construction of a new booster station, and vaults and combination air valves on an existing wastewater force main. a. New sanitary sewer booster station and by-pass of existing forcemain. b. Manholes along existing sewer line with combination air valves. A. Construction of a new booster station, and vaults and combination air valves on an existing wastewater force main. B. Furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, appurtenances; provide all construction equipment and tools; provide Operation and Maintenance training, and perform all necessary labor and supervision. C. Coordinate the progress of the Work, including coordination between trades, subcontractors, suppliers, public utilities, and OWNER to ensure the progress of Work. D. It is the intent of this Contract that Work proceed in the most expeditious manner possible.
