SCOPE : This DIVISION covers the design, manufacturing, shop testing, delivery, placement on pad, assembly, and field testing of a power transformer and associated accessories and appurtenances (hereinafter called the equipment), all as specified herein. It is the intent of this Division to have the equipment designed, manufactured, tested, assembled, and installed in accordance with the most advanced and modern technical and commercial practices available. Equipment furnished shall be complete, ready for use, and suitable in all respects for the service indicated, despite the omissionof specific reference to any minor component pary. Unless specified otherwise, the 115x69kV:13.8/7.97kV, 15/20/25 MVA Transformer, with the requested specifications shall be delivered to NTUA Nenahnezad #2 Substation located 0.5 mile north of Indian Route 36 & BIA N556 junction in Lower Fruitland, New Mexico.
