Site work for a civil project in Kirtland, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and water / sewer project.
**As of April 14, 2025, the project was awarded to Dub-L-Ee, LLC., with an awarded amount of $742,396.75.** Addendum 1 and 2 will be sent to the bidders who submit acknowledgement forms. Construction of Phase 2,consisting of 2,577 feet, more or less, of new 12-inch diameter sewer force main, and an Additive Alternate of an additional 500 feet of new 12-inch diameter sewer force main. The Additive Alternate will be included in the Work at the discretion of the Owner. The length of the Additive Alternate may be adjusted by the Owner. Work shall include but not be limited to materials and labor for installation of new pipe, fittings, staking, traffic control, erosion control, permitting, removal of portions of existing sewer force main as shown on the plans, ditch crossing, protection of existing utilities and culverts, coordination with utility companies as required, granular fill as needed for pipe bedding and other work as shown on the plans and as required to complete this project.
