For RFQ - Furnishing Commissioning Services
To perform design and construction commissioning services on each project. This work will be in conjunction during the design and construction of each project. The commissioning agent will not be allowed to be the engineer of record on the design of each project A specially designed railroad track addition of permanent construction. This facility will be designed to meet Industry Standards as well as all local, State, and Federal building codes and as per Public Law 90-480. Construction budget is 29MM. A specially designed fire station addition of permanent construction. Construction budget is 6MM. This project has a leed silver requirement. A specially designed high explosive magazine of permanent construction. Construction budget is 3MM. The IMD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request. The IMD may also negotiate separately with any source in any manner necessary to serve the best interests of the State of Idaho. Awards will be made on the basis of proposals resulting from this request and subsequent interviews.
