Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Lyerly, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Plans and specifications are for viewing purposes only. All general contractors and subcontractors should obtain plan sets directly from Ladd Environmental. Separate sealed Bids for the construction of main lift station's 10 HP solids handling pumps, replacing two 5 HP aerators in the initial treatment lagoon, add textured liner panels to the existing lagoon liners, rebuild the vertical turbine effluent spray field pumps, and construct an equipment building (40' x 60' x 14') All non-bidders, subcontractors, vendors or dealers shall be refunded 50% of the plan deposit for each set returned to the Engineer, in reusable condition, within 10 days after the bid opening. All Bidders must be properly licensed as Utility Contractors by the Georgia Construction Industry Licensing Board. Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids are expected to be funded by a loan from the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program, administered by the Georgia Environmental Facilities Authority. Neither the State of Georgia, nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees is or will be a party to this invitation for bids or any resulting contract. This procurement will be subject to regulations contained in the laws of the State of Georgia and as applicable.
