Site work and new construction of a day care center in Twin Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a 7,194-square-foot day care center; and for site work for a day care center.
As of July 29, 2022, the project has been awarded, however, information regarding the awarded general contractor has not been confirmed. The project consists of construction of a new 6,257 square foot Head Start / Early Head Start Building with related sitework in Twin Falls, Idaho and will be constructed under a General Contractor Agreement with the College of Southern Idaho. A State of Idaho Public Works Contractors License is required to bid on this work. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any formalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the College. This project is financed in whole or in part by federal funds. Bidders will be required to meet wage rates based on applicable wage determinations and labor standards established by the Secretary of Labor, United States Department of Labor.
