The Project consists of but is not limited to: Relining of up to 5,600 feet of water mains, relining of up to 45,000 linear feet of sewer and stormwater mains, replacement of up to 2,500 feet of sewer and stormwater mains, excavated point repairs, manhole replacements, paving, surface restoration, approved traffic control measures and all necessary work as required in the contract documents. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
