The purpose of this RFP is to source a qualified supplier to provide Construction Management services for the new Kansas River Wastewater Treatment Plant (KRWWTP) Improvements. The selected Construction Manager is expected to provide preconstruction services during design and all site and building services required to construct a turnkey project.
