Remodeling of a fire / police facility in South Gate, California. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 2,200-square-foot fire / police facility.
The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Specifications and Contract Documents. The general items of work include the renovation of Detective's s Bureau for South Gate Police Department. Work includes painting, new carpet, connection of electrical to system furniture by licensed electrician, relocation of electric outlets, replacement of acoustic ceiling to new, paint ceiling grid, repair ceiling grid, new Vinyl Composition Tile and American with Disability Act compliant threshold, cover plates on unused power cores in floor to be flush with floor, paint walls and ceiling, and all other items that are required by the Contract Documents.
