R. H. Tyson Construction, Inc., as Construction Manager, is accepting sealed proposals from subcontractors for the McIntosh County Middle School Kitchen and Cafeteria Modifications. The project is renovations and modifications of 7,535 sq. ft. to convert existing space in the circa 1980 McIntosh Middle School Building Number 4030 into a new kitchen and cafeteria No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after time has been called on the date of opening. Proposals that exceed $50,000 will be required to submit a Bid Bond in the amount equal to 5% of the Contract Value.
