Site work and renovation of a civil project in Coon Valley, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Lift Station Modification - Flood Proofing - to include: flood proofing two lift stations. One will need to be raised 7 feet and one will need to be raised 7.5 feet above the current elevation. Both stations consist of a wet well and a dry well manufactured by Usemco. The contractor shall be responsible for salvaging the lids and hatches for each structure, raising those structures to the correct elevation and reinstalling the lids / hatches. In addition, the electrical service panel and generator connection is to be relocated some distance away to be accessible during flood events. An alternate bid(s) is included for a treated wood deck to access the raised stations, sanitary manhole rehabilitation, and lift station control cabinets, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents.
