Site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Lexington, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of January 27, 2021, the Construction Manager is still evaluating the bid proposals and reviewing the overall budget with the Owner. No awards have been issued at this time. The Lexington R-V School District in Lexington: A) Addition and Renovations to Leslie Bell Elementary School B) Roof and Flooring repair and replacement at Lexington Middle School C) Mise. Improvements to the locker rooms, science labs, and art room at Lexington High School D) Mise, electrical upgrades at the Career Center E) Parking lot repair and improvements district wide F) Other mise, upgrades and improvements at district facilities.n, MO will accept qualifications for a construction manager at-risk in accordance with RSMo Section 67.5050 and as described in the RFQ document. These projects are TAX EXEMPT, under Prevailing Wage Requirements.
