**As of April 21, 2021. the project has been cancelled no timeframe for Re-bid.** Estimated budget $55,000 and $75,000. The Project involves the replacement of two culverts at Upper Julian Pike (T-568) and Rose Drive (T-347) in Patton Township, Centre County, PA. All materials shall meet or exceed requirements of Specifications of the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, Publication 408 and Publication 72M. The Contractor is responsible for the design and maintenance of traffic control and E & S controls during the Project. Each Bid must be accompanied by a 10% bid surety in the form of a bond or certified check payable to Patton Township, and be guaranteed for 90 days. A performance bond of 100% of the project cost will be required of the successful bidder. Patton Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in the bidding, and to select the bid it deems to be in the best interest of the Township. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE - 3/15/2021 4:00 PM Replacement of existing culverts with new culverts of the same size on Rose Drive and Julian Pike, Patton Township, Centre County, PA.
