Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Minority participation goal is 45%. Minority Business Enterprise participation goal is 15% The project scope includes one bid set with a total of five contracts which consist of pavement reconstruction and pavement rehabilitation for a total of fifty-nine residential streets in various locations throughout Corpus Christi. Sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramp, and driveway improvements will be included in addition to pavement improvements. The Project will be coordinated and approved by the City of Corpus Christi. If necessary, changes may be made to the street locations (e.g. adding or removing streets) in order to satisfy the overall budget. The purpose of this package is to establish unit rates for Base Bid A, Base Bid B, Base Bid C, Base Bid D, and Base Bid E - which are five separate contracts. The Contractor may opt to bid on only one or more contracts. To be awarded multiple contracts the Contractor must demonstrate that they have the capacity to work on multiple contracts simultaneously.
