Binghamton University is seeking a qualified contractor to restore/replace several components of the research greenhouse. Work includes but is not limited to removal and replacement of exterior metal wall panels at soffit and fascia, removal and replacement of flat roofing system/skylights, greenhouse restoration/replacement as called out in the contract documents of glazing sealants, vent insect screens, shades, mechanical controls, electrical and plumbing. Refer to attached Hazardous Material report dated 10/25/18 for reference and indicating no ACM, lead or PC containing substances at the research greenhouse. Scope to replace glazing panels at South Side of corridor 105 (teaching greenhouse) includes ACM sealant that will be abated as part of this contract.
