No estimated time frame yet For RFP Construction Management at Risk - Pierce County Jail Addition Pierce County Board of County Commissioners is requesting written proposals from qualified construction firms to provide professional At-Risk Construction Management Services for the Pierce County Jail Addition. The project will consist of a 92 bed housing pod addition and associated site work. II. It is the Pierce County Board of County Commissioners intention to employ a Construction Manager to provide overall Project Construction Management. In addition, the CM will provide Cost Benefit Studies and Information Management as required by and for the Architect and Owner. The Construction Scope of Work and overall Project Management during the Construction process shall be on a cost plus a fee basis, with a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Reservations: Pierce County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to negotiate changes in the scope of work or services to be provided, and to otherwise waive any technicalities or informalities. Method of Selection: Proposals will be reviewed by the Pierce County Board of County Commissioners designated committee and a ranking of firms will be recommended to the Board. Upon acceptance of the recommendation, presentations may be entertained or a selection made from the submittal process. This will be at the Boards discretion.
