At the time bids are submitted each bidder shall possess a valid C7 and C10 or B License contractor's license and be registered with the DIR and must maintain the license and registration throughout the duration of the project. The bid shall clearly show the valid California Contractor's licensing for all contractors and subcontractors to perform the work related to this project. F. Pre-Qualification: Per PCCC 20111.6, contractors/subcontractors are required to be prequalified with the District, if not already prequalified. Prequalification packets are to be submitted to online ten (10) business days prior to the bid opening. SUMMARY OF WORK: A. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, services, and incidentals for AV install in 78 modular/portable style classrooms. Scope includes, but is not limited to, installation of Extron Audio Visual systems, ceiling-mounted Epson projectors, screens and removal of old existing AV systems (CRT TVs or old ceiling-mounted projectors). Work will include minor data cable installation and electrical to support the function of the Extron system, per bid plans and specifications. NOTICE: A.
