**As of May 7, 2020, the project was awarded to Earth Dynamics LLC for the price of $537,339.35.** This project involves the reconstruction of the parking lots at the Coventry Grammar School by recycling the existing pavement, reconfiguring the parking area, replacing the drainage structures and associated pipes, placing new pavement, precast concrete and bituminous concrete curbing, concrete sidewalks, underground utilities and lighting, and landscaping items. The perspective bidder shall make themselves aware of the project area prior to submitting bids. Bidder shall utilize the bid form, 10% bid bond, projected contractor schedule, qualifications of bidder, and non-collusion forms in the manual. The Contractor will only have the duration of the schools summer vacation to execute the work. This Contract is Subject to State Set-aside and Contract Compliance Requirements. The attention of the Bidders is called to the requirement for minimum wage rates to be paid under this Contract. The Town of Coventry reserves the right to reject all bids, or to waive any technical defects, and to make an award to the party determined to be the lowest cost, responsive and responsible bidder if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
