The Town of Coventry solicits qualifications, along with a proposal, from qualified Multi-Disciplined firms for services related to the development of a master plan, conceptual design, and related cost estimate for the Town s Patriots Park located at 124 Lake Street in Coventry, CT. Questions regarding this RFP may be directed to Todd M. Penney, P.E., Town Engineer, at (860) 742-4078 or tpenney@coventry-ct.gov. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The Town of Coventry reserves the right to reject any or all of the proposals submitted. The Town of Coventry reserves the right to negotiate the cost of this proposal and to award the work to other than the firm with the lowest cost, if it is in the best interest of the Town. All work performed under the contract between the Town of Coventry and the firm shall be under the direction of professional engineers, professional landscape architects and licensed land surveyors licensed by the State of Connecticut. The Town of Coventry desires a complete master plan within six months of the award date. The Consultant shall provide a detailed timeline to achieve this goal
