Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Collingwood, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Roof Restoration - Water Treatment Plant. The work will include: - Removal and replacement of existing exterior EPDM flat roof - Removal and replacement of standing seam metal roof including addition of plywood sheathing and continuous underlayment membrane - Supply and Install masonry sealer to exterior of N & S end walls - Supply and Install air/vapor barrier plus metal siding to interior face of N & S end walls above horizontal roof membranes *The site meeting has been cancelled due to the public health crisis. The Deadline for Questions shall be extended to April 29, 2020, 4:00pm Award subject to final approval.
