Request for Proposal (RFP): Building 148 Modernize Interior Finishes Hampton, VA Medical Center 100 Emancipation Dr. Hampton, VA 23667 This is a TOTAL SDVOSB Set-Aside IAW FAR 36.204, Magnitude of Construction is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 NAICS: 236220 | Size Standard: $39.5M Contractors must be registered in the Vendor Information Page (https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov) to be eligible The Contractor will conduct general construction, alterations, architectural, interior finishes, abatement mechanical and electrical work, and certain other items to modernize interior finishes throughout building 148. All work shall be in strict accordance with the SOW, to include final cleanup. The Contractor shall complete this project within 730 calendar days from notice to proceed. A pre-proposal site visit will be held on January 25, 2023,10:30AM EDT at Hampton, Virginia VA Medical Center. Contractors will meet outside of Building 37. Questions are due no later than February 9, 2023, 1:00PM EDT. The government makes no assurances that questions received after this date will be answered. Answers to questions received shall be only answered via an amendment to the solicitation. Proposals are due no later than March 3, 2023, no later than 3:00PM EDT. It is the responsibility of Offerors to ensure that their proposal conforms to the requirements of the solicitation. All work shall be in strict accordance with the Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawings, to include final cleanup. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
