This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. Solicitation, 36C24622Q0431, will be issued on or about 25 March 2022. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Hampton VA Medical Center, Hampton, VA has a requirement for Electrical Study with detail analysis and calculations for the primary Distribution System and partial Secondary Distribution System for each building including switchgear, switchboard and distribution panel etc. Electrical Study will be conducted of all the buildings at Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide Electrical Study at the Hampton Veteran Affairs. This acquisition is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 with a size standard of $16.5 million and must be classified as a vendor in VIP with Electrical Study. All correspondence and responses shall be via e-mail to terry.brook3@va.gov. Telephone requests for information or questions will NOT be accepted. Offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website without further notification from the Contracting Officer. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
