Work includes, but is not limited to, general construction and alterations for the project which consists of the replacement of roofs (SBS, TPO, Slate Shingle and Asphalt Shingled Roofing Systems), fascia boards, decorative trims, soffits, and gutter systems throughout buildings referenced below. The pricing should also include cost for hazardous material abatement. There are also metal structures frames and the ceilings/roofs for the Fishing Shacks that need to be refinished.
