Bidding is anticipated to take place in late 2022. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference Proposals Are Invited From Qualified Engineers/engineering Firms to Provide Professional Engineering Services and for the Design of a Multimodal Trail Project Along Approximately 2,500 Lf of Peninsula Drive in Millcreek Township, Erie County, Pa. Proposals Are to Provide a Breakdown of Prices for Each of the Identified Tasks as Indicated. The Request for Proposal (Rfp) Shall Be Available Only Digitally via Email Correspondence With the Millcreek Township Engineering Department (Asokol@millcreektownship.com). Addenda, if Any, Will Be Issued Digitally to Only Those Persons Whose Name and E-mail Address Are on Record as Having Obtained the Rfp. The Project is Being Carried Out With Funds From the Multimodal Transportation Program From the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. The Proposers Attention is Called to the Federal and State Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity Requirements and Compliance With Applicable Statutes, Regulations, and Labor Standards Provisions, All as Set Forth in the Rfp and Its Enclosures, Specifically, Exhibit D - Article V and Exhibit E.
