This requisition is intended to supplement the Contract Specifications and drawings and must be used in coordination with these documents to fully understand the Scope of Work. Requirements given in one area thus are applicable to all. This requisition does not generally repeat scope requirements given in the Contract Documents, but clarifies and coordinates the work. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids.
