Site work for a civil project in Ramsey, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and road / highway.
Each Bidder Shall Submit a Bid Bond Made Payable to the City of Ramsey in the Amount of 5% of the Total Bid, to Be Forfeited as Liquidated Damages in the Event That the Bid is Accepted and the Bidder Shall Fail to Promptly Enter Into a Written Contract and Furnish the Required Bond. The Online Bid Must Be Completed and Submitted, All Addenda Acknowledged and Acknowledgement Uploaded to the Site, and a Copy of the Bid Bond Uploaded to the Site. The Original Bid Bond Must Be Delivered to the City Within 2 Business Days After the Bid Opening. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid for at Least 45 Days After the Scheduled Closing Time for the Receipt of Bids. The City of Ramsey Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Waive Informalities
