Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ramsey, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Generally Consists of Pavement Mill and Overlaying 0.74 Miles of Public Streets Along Msa Streets Jasper St & 160th Ln, as Well as Two Segments of Mckinley St. The Work is Estimated to Include: 11,460 Square Yards of Pavement Milling 1,300 Tons of Bituminous Pavement 120 Square Yards of Bituminous Patching Miscellaneous Other Improvements It is Anticipated That a Contract Will Be Awarded on August 13, 2024, and That Work May Begin on or About August 26, 2024. Each Bidder Shall Submit a Bid Bond Made Payable to the City of Ramsey in the Amount of 5% of the Total Bid, to Be Forfeited as Liquidated Damages in the Event That the Bid is Accepted and the Bidder Shall Fail to Promptly Enter Into a Written Contract and Furnish the Required Bond. The Online Bid Must Be Completed and Submitted, All Addenda Acknowledged and Acknowledgement Uploaded to the Site, and a Copy of the Bid Bond Uploaded to the Site. The Original Bid Bond Must Be Delivered to the City Within 2 Business Days After the Bid Opening. No Bidder May Withdraw Their Bid for at Least 45 Days After the Scheduled Closing Time for the Receipt of Bids. The City of Ramsey Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids, and to Waive Informalities.
