As of October 22, 2024 project was awarded to Douglas-Kerr Underground, LLC, awarded amount is $899,653.31. The work includes the construction of approximately: 2.5 Acres of Clearing and Grubbing 50 Cu Yd Random Rip Rap Class Iii 64,820 Cu Yd Common Excavation 21 Lin Ft Drainage Structures 2255 Cu Yd Common Embankment 1,800 Lin Ft Silt Fence 4430 Sq Yd Pond Liner System 8500 Sq Yd Erosion Control Blanket Cat 20 280 Lin Ft Rcp Storm Sewer, 15" - 48" 8500 Sq Yd Seeding Mix Type 35-241 together with numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications. This project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification. Based on a geotechnical exploration, the site contains approximately 64,820 CY (EV) of predominantly poorly graded sand, all excess material shall become the property of the Contractor. Bidders shall review soil borings to make their own determination related to all aspects of the material on the site. The geotechnical report will be available within the bidding documents.
