The work generally consists of refreshing pavement markings on 2.94 miles of municipal streets throughout the City of Ramsey. The work is estimated to include: o Traffic Control o 40,920 linear feet of long line striping o 330 square feet of crosswalk markings o 64 pavement messages and turn arrows Each bidder shall submit a bid bond made payable to the City of Ramsey in the amount of 5% of the total bid, to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted and the bidder shall fail to promptly enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond. The work generally consists of refreshing pavement markings on 2.94 miles of municipal streets throughout the City of Ramsey. The work is estimated to include: Traffic Control 40,920 linear feet of long line striping 330 square feet of crosswalk markings 64 pavement messages and turn arrows It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded on May 28, 2024, and that work may begin on or about June 10, 2024. The online bid must be completed and submitted, all addenda acknowledged and acknowledgement uploaded to the site, and a copy of the bid bond uploaded to the site. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least 45 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City of Ramsey reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive informalities.
