Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Nashville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of ADA compliance upgrades at 7 sites across west Tennessee; including ramps, restroom upgrades, fishing pier railing, boat slips, and other upgrades/modifications as directed by the construction documents. A statement of public contract crime status and minority business status is required in the Bid Form. A five percent (5%) bid security is required. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject bids. In accordance with Executive Order 28: 28.1 The relevant provisions of Tennessee Code Annotated, Titles 4 and 12, any other provisions of law, and related rules are hereby suspended to the extent necessary to, with respect to construction and commercial surety bonds, suspend any notarization requirement and allow all government departments and officials to accept surety bonds and powers of attorney containing electronic signatures and electronic corporate seals affixed thereto.
