Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following work: Engineering IV Exterior Paint Project Project Number 5794541 Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment to paint the western, southern, eastern, and northern side of the engineering IV building. Work shall include provision of scaffolding, and pressure washing all elements to be painted. Contractor shall provide all surface preparation, scrapping, sanding, caulking of all gaps, stucco patching, and priming of all areas as required to ensure paint coverage. Work includes provision and protective measures to ensure surrounding areas are not damaged, cleaning all windows, power washing existing planter wall, and the removal of scaffolding after all painting is complete. The contractor is required to submit drawings, submittals and calculations prepared by a California licensed Structural engineer and subject to structural peer review by the University, for Scaffolding and swing stage. Contractor to comply with all safety requirements including CAL-OSHA and OPOS and submit documentation of compliance to the University's Representative and UCLA EH&S.
