Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to an office development in Los Angeles, California. Completed plans call for the addition of a office development; for the demolition of a office development; for the renovation of a office development; and for site work for a office development.

Renovation of the existing study lounge room HD126 into the new Residential Life Office suite with a reception area, two private offices, and a conference room. The current square footage of the existing study lounge is 487 S.F. and will be increased by 409 S.F., creating a total office suite area of 896 S.F. The new exterior walls will have an aluminum store front system and painted cement plaster walls to match the existing Hedrick Hall facade. The newly remodeled space shall receive new finishes, mechanical, and electrical systems. All spaces shall comply with ADA requirements. The successful Bidder will be required to have the following California current and active contractor's license at the time of submission of the Bid: B License (General Building) Every effort will be made to ensure that all persons have equal access to contracts and other business opportunities with the University within the limits imposed by law or University policy. Each Bidder may be required to show evidence of its equal employment opportunity policy. The successful Bidder and its subcontractors will be required to follow the nondiscrimination requirements set forth in the Bidding Documents and to pay prevailing wage at the location of the work.
