Renovation of the existing study lounge room HD126 into the new Residential Life Office suite with a reception area, two private offices, and a conference room. The current square footage of the existing study lounge is 487 S.F. and will be increased by 409 S.F., creating a total office suite area of 896 S.F. The new exterior walls will have an aluminum store front system and painted cement plaster walls to match the existing Hedrick Hall facade. The newly remodeled space shall receive new finishes, mechanical, and electrical systems. All spaces shall comply with ADA requirements.
