Provide seismic and structural repairs; replacement of roof and affected HVAC equipment; provision of plumbing upgrades including installation of grease interceptor; provision of the following as required by code or existing conditions: asbestos and lead abatement; accessible path upgrades; fire & life safety improvements; replacement of impacted finishes.
