Base Bid: Replacement of the existing gravel driveway and pathway with a combination of Truegrid Pro Plus pavers and Granitecrete permeable paving or approved equals. An accessible pathway will be constructed from the existing accessible parking stalls to the Terrace Point Overlook (also referred to as Overlook B), including a new accessible sidewalk ramp. Work includes a new storm drain inlet and perforated drainage pipe and other miscellaneous items as shown on the drawings. Add Alternate 1 - Safety Bollards: Provide labor and material to install bollard sleeves, bollards, and rope barrier around metal caisson at Overlook B as shown on the drawings. Contract time is estimated at 180 days with on-site work occurring between September 1 and December 1, 2020.
