Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Butte, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and road / highway.

For construction of bridges and other work incidental thereto, located in Section 6-T34N-R13W in Boyd County, Nebraska. Butte Northwest - Structure No. C000800805P Sta: 6+12 - Build 110'-0" 3-Span (2-33'-0" and 1-44'-0") Continuous Concrete Slab Bridge on 10degree Skew (LHB) 28'-0" Clear Roadway Special Plan No. 1 Each bidder will be required to submit with his proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the County Treasurer of Boyd County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of his proposal. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall furnish within ten (10) days after the award a surety bond or bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. The form of the bonds and surety shall be acceptable to the Boyd County Board of Supervisors The bidder will include an estimated time of beginning and completion for the project with the proposal. The final completion date is September 30, 2021. The contractor will be allowed 150 calendar days for completion of this project after beginning the work. Boyd County is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Board of County Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities in bids.
