Pipe and FittingsThis solicitation is for the procurement of various sections of piping, valves and fittings for the City's underground utilities. Piping materials required include but are not limited to approximately 36 linear feet each of 16-, 18-, 20-, 24-, and 36-inch diameter lined ductile iron pipe and fittings. Bids may be submitted for either ductile iron pipe and/or ductile iron fittings. Quantities are subject to change. The vendor shall provide all materials specified delivered to the City's Wastewater Treatment Facility No. 1 at 205 North Gulf Boulevard, Panama City Beach, Florida. The City shall award the Purchase Order(s) to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder(s); provided, however, the City reserves the right to award the Purchase Order(s) to a Bidder or combination of Bidders who are not the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder(s) if the City determines in its reasonable discretion that another Bid offers the City a better value based upon the reliability, quality of service, or product of such other bidders.
