Renovation of an educational facility in Napanee, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the "Board") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Front Office Renovation at Napanee District Secondary School (NDSS), as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The project includes the renovation of the front administration office area of the school located at 245 Belleville Rd, Napanee, ON. Renovation includes but not limited to demolition of existing interior CMU partition walls, demolition of existing Acoustic Ceiling tile, demolition of existing flooring, installation of new flooring, installation of new Acoustic Ceiling tile, construction of new partition walls, and installation of new millwork desk. Mechanical scope to include but not limited to replacement of existing diffusers and grills, and relocation of relevant controls to suit new layout. Electrical scope to include but not limited to replacement of existing lighting, relocation of relevant controls, and installation of new controls and infrastructure to support new layout.
